What to Expect during the Female Life Drawing in York?
The event will be held in a city centre location; you will meet with your lady life model and the tutor before the model de-robes ready for her first pose. This is where you will start drawing; your tutor will give you each a sketchbook, paper, and pencil so that you can draw away. There will be different poses you will get the chance to draw and some fun games to get involved in.
What’s Included

- The art tutor will run the session
- In some cases, the model will double as a tutor as well
- You will be introduced to your female life model
- The female model will de-robe & pose for you
- Sketch a variety of poses
- There might be an option to buy drinks at the venue, depending on licensing
- All the life models are keen and offer inspiration
- Not a serious art class, so don’t worry about whether you can draw or not!
- Start times: between 10am and 7pm
- Available to book: Monday-Sunday, all year round
